As managing director, Jim oversees the business operations, growth and staff development of Allison+Partners’ UK + Ireland teams. He also provides strategic counsel to a variety of clients in the regions, including ThoughtWorks, Viber, UL, PKWARE and a recent project for Byron Hamburgers. Jim’s rich, 20-year career has spanned the consumer, corporate and entertainment sectors. Prior to joining Allison+Partners, he spent nine years working in various roles at London-based freuds in global corporate communications and in the consumer practice for clients such as Mars Inc. and Sky Broadcasting. Prior to that, he ran the film team, working with major U.S. and U.K. film distributors on festival, corporate, unit, theatrical and home entertainment campaigns. Jim began his career at Rogers & Cowan in Los Angeles, where he worked across a combination of entertainment and consumer programs. Jim graduated from the University of Manchester and lives in London with his wife and two sons.

Jill has earned a reputation for consistently delivering creative, results-focused strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement – and sales.  Driven by a fervent belief in the power of marketing and communications, Jill has spearheaded many internationally successful campaigns and also evangelises about the importance of digital and measurement too.  She has worked across a broad range of brands from large multinationals to ambitious start-ups including Disney, Capcom, Nokia, Panasonic, Playmobil, Suunto, Hello Kitty and Coca Cola Enterprises.  Her campaigns have won many awards including PRCA’s Campaign of the Year, SABRE’s Best Use of Sponsorship and Masters of Marketing’s Best Content. 

Sue has specialised in PR in the b2b technology industry since 1984. One of her first roles was to launch Bill Gates and Microsoft in the UK. Since then, she has gone on to create and implement communications campaigns for many of the industry’s most successful and emerging brands.  She provides the experience and strategic guidance that has helped both established and emerging b2b brands take their profile to the next level in EMEA.  She is passionate about digital marketing and integrating into client campaigns. Sue ensures that ROI and measurement underpins all clients’ campaigns and that each campaign delivers first class results. Most recent client experience includes Tech Data, ShoreTel, Ruckus, Ooyala, New Relic and Palo Alto Networks.
